Parking And Access

Nu Health has on-site parking available for visitors, with easy access to the main entrance. When you arrive, please follow the entrance signs and head to reception, where the team will welcome you, confirm your booking and guide you to the right area of the building. Disabled access information, including step-free access and accessible facilities, will be confirmed here once final details are available.
If you are visiting as a member, please check in at reception before using the Wellness Suite, Nu Core Pilates studio, Detox Café or any treatment areas. For day passes, Pilates classes, massage therapy and selected wellness treatments, please arrive a few minutes before your booking so the team can explain where to go and help you get settled before your session.
